AIRWAY HEIGHTS, Wash. – Washington State Patrol District 4 reported a possible fatality collision on State Route 2 near the Spokane Tribe Casino.
Spokane County police have responded to the scene where a car reportedly struck a pedestrian at milepost 277, just west of Airway Heights.
