MOSES LAKE, Wash. — A pedestrian died after being hit by a car on eastbound I-90 in Moses Lake.According to a press memo from the Washington State Patrol (WSP), a witness reported seeing a person walking on the Broadway Overpass above I-90. WSP said a car traveling eastbound on the interstate struck the pedestrian, who was later identified as Randy Raap, 46, at the Broadway exit.No charges have been filed against the driver. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
