GARWOOD, Idaho — The Northern Lakes Fire Protection District is set to begin construction on a new fire station in the Garwood area, according to an official document.
The station will be built on land donated by the Idaho Transportation Department, which helps to lessen the financial impact on taxpayers.
The construction is projected to cost around $1 million, and the station is expected to be completed in early 2027.
