KOOTENAI COUNTY, Idaho – A motorcyclist died Thursday after hitting a truck head-on in the Kootenai County backcountry.
The collision occurred in the afternoon near the Fernan Saddle area. Deputies reported that the motorcyclist was trapped under the truck and succumbed to his injuries.
Authorities are currently investigating the crash to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident.
