COEUR D’ALENE, Idaho – On Saturday afternoon, the sound of motorcycles in Coeur d’Alene signified more than just a ride. Firefighters, veterans and first responders came together to honor two men who were killed in the line of duty.
The ride stretched from Cherry Hill to Rockford, a 30-mile journey that saw hundreds of participants. It was organized by the Knights of the Inferno, a firefighter-focused motorcycle club. The community’s support has been significant.
“Spider” Finney from the Knights of the Inferno, Pulaski Chapter, shared his thoughts on the event’s success.
“Started putting it together. The community rallied around huge — which shows by all the bikes that we have here today,” he said.
Organizers are planning to make this an annual event, with donations continuing to come in to support the families left behind.
