MOSES LAKE, Wash. – Moses Lake firefighters responded to an unusual call this afternoon. They rescued ducklings trapped in a storm drain.
The ducklings were in danger of being run over or getting stuck again.
Firefighters took the ducklings to the firehouse, where they are now being fed and kept warm.
The mother duck was not found, but the ducklings are safe and sound thanks to the quick response of the firefighters.
