MOSCOW, Idaho – A K-9 from the Moscow Police Department has earned recognition after showcasing his skills at a recent competition.

K-9 Ragnar, alongside Sgt. Snyder, placed second out of more than 50 narcotic dogs from across the Pacific Northwest. This achievement came during the Idaho Police Canine Association Annual Conference and Narcotics Competition.

The competition evaluated the dogs on overall accuracy and detection speed. Last year, K-9 Ragnar also represented the Moscow Police Department well by placing third in his division during the same event.

Congratulations to Sgt. Snyder and K-9 Ragnar for their impressive performance.
