AIRWAY HEIGHTS, Wash. — One person was arrested for shooting another man in Airway Heights on Tuesday.
According to the Airway Heights Police Department, officers responding to the shooting on South Hayford Road.
When officers arrived, they found a 29-year-old male victim, who was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
38-year-old Joshua L. Plata was booked into Spokane County Jail for first-degree assault related to the shooting.
Airway Heights Police say the shooting was an isolated incident and there is no ongoing threat to the public.
The investigation is ongoing.
