SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. – Isaac Tucker, 23, appeared in court Friday following a with law enforcement in West Spokane Valley.
Tucker was arrested on a felony warrant and now faces additional charges including obstruction of a law enforcement officer and second-degree malicious mischief.
Due to Tucker’s refusal to leave and his criminal history, the judge set his bond at $1,000. Tucker will remain in Spokane County Jail and is scheduled to return to court on September 23.
