SPOKANE, Wash. – A man died on Sunday morning after jumping off a bridge on the I-90 westbound off-ramp toward Hamilton Street following a crash, according to a press release from Washington State Patrol.
WSP said the man was driving eastbound in the westbound lanes of the off-ramp when he was “involved in a non-injury collision.” No other details were given regarding the crash.
The man then exited his vehicle and sat on the bridge before jumping off. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
WSP said the cause of the incident is under investigation.
