WHITMAN COUNTY, Wash. – A Whitman County jury found Isaac Andrade guilty of third degree rape, stemming from an attack at his home in Pullman on November 4, 2024.
The victim told police he met Andrade at a party and later went to his apartment to watch a movie where she felt intoxicated and incapacitated while she was being raped.
Andrade denied the allegations but court records said forensic evidence collected from the scene contradicted his statement.
Andrade is scheduled to be sentenced July 18.
