LINCOLN COUNTY, Wash. – A 53-year-old Ford man was arrested Tuesday after allegedly cutting down and stealing trees from a landowner’s property, according to the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.
LCSO got the stolen tree report from the landowner north of Reardan. An LCSO deputy responded and found a suspect with a trailer containing logs.
The suspect was arrested for theft and a search warrant was written up. Deputies would later find stolen firearms in his vehicle.
The 53-year-old is facing theft, unlawful firearm possession and stolen firearm possession charges.
