SPOKANE, Wash. — A man and a woman were arrested for a shooting on East First Street in Spokane on Sunday afternoon.
According to Spokane Police, both were charged with assault in the first degree and the man had blood on him that was not his own.
The incident is still under investigation, a victim has not been found.
SPD said anyone with information about this shooting should call Crime Check.
