NEZ PERCE COUNTY, Idaho – Karl Lutonsky-Hupp, 54, was arrested Wednesday in Nez Perce County on charges stemming from 2022.
Lutonsky-Hupp’s charges date back to an incident reported in February by a victim who claims she was raped by him in September 2022.
The victim, who was 17 at the time, said she worked with Lutonsky-Hupp at a restaurant in Lewiston when the alleged crimes occurred. She stated that he cornered her several times at work, sexually assaulted her, and later brought her to his home where he reportedly raped her three times.
Lutonsky-Hupp is a multi-time convicted felon with charges tracing back to the 1990s.
His next court date has not been set.
