POST FALLS, Idaho – Fred Kudrna, the man accused of destroying a newly constructed home in Post Falls with an excavator, made his first appearance in court on Wednesday afternoon.
for DUI, felony burglary and malicious injury to property charges after police saw him fleeing the scene in a car.
Police still have not identified a motive, but confirmed that the house had recently been sold. The owner was not present at the time of the destruction, and no one was injured.
Kudrna, 29, has construction experience according to police.
