LIBERTY LAKE, Wash. – Liberty Lake Police Officers arrested an individual after they were released from medical treatment and mental health evaluation on January 18, 2026, at approximately 3:23 a.m., according to an official release.
The man was identified as the subject in an ongoing investigation. Officers had probable cause to arrest him and located him at the medical facility to take him into custody.
The individual faces charges of malicious mischief, possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute and aiming or discharging firearms or dangerous weapons.
The case has been filed with the Spokane County Prosecutor’s Office. No further information is available at this time.
