POST FALLS, Idaho – Kootenai County Fire and Rescue (KCFR) paid tribute to Battalion Chief Frank Harwood on Friday at their Post Falls headquarters.
Harwood’s command vehicle was staged as a memorial outside the building, with Battalion 1 standing watch as community members were invited to visit and pay their respects.
A table was set next to the vehicle for visitors to leave notes, flowers or mementos.
“Rest easy, Chief – we’ll take it from here,” KCFR stated.
