KOOTENAI COUNTY, Idaho – Donovan Erickson, 31, was convicted of possession of cocaine with intent to deliver and resisting officers, according to the Kootenai County Prosecutor’s Office. This conviction followed a traffic stop in December of last year.
Erickson was a passenger in the vehicle during the stop. At that time, he had an active warrant for his arrest and refused to identify himself to law enforcement. Officers eventually identified him and took him into custody.
