SPOKANE, Wash. – Kids from Northeast Youth Center showed their appreciation for local veterans this Valentine’s Day with heartfelt cards.
The group visited the Spokane Veterans Home on Friday to personally deliver the Valentine’s cards to the veterans residing there.
According to a spokesperson with the youth center, one card expressed gratitude with the message, “You worked so hard to serve us. Thank you.”
