Spokane, WA – On November 21, 2025, at approximately 8:42 am, Judson Whitney Morris III was arrested on multiple felony charges, including six counts of Rape of a Child in the First Degree, two counts of Child Molestation in the First Degree, one count of Rape of a Child in the Second Degree, one count of Rape of a Child in the Third Degree, and two counts of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor. Judson Morris III was taken into custody in the 3000 block of W. Boone Avenue by members of the United States Marshals Service Pacific Northwest Violent Offender Task Force (PNVOTF).
The Tacoma Police Department initiated the investigation and sought arrest warrants for Judson Morris III following allegations of his involvement in these offenses. Judson Morris III allegedly fled the Tacoma area before the warrants were issued.
The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Seattle Field Division and the Cellular Analysis Survey Team (CAST), and the Pierce County Sheriff’s Office, working with the Tacoma Police Department, developed investigative leads that led to Morris III’s location in Spokane, Washington. The FBI shared actionable intelligence with the U.S. Marshals Service to support the operational planning and safe apprehension of Morris III.
In a coordinated effort with the Tacoma Police Department, Pierce County Sheriff’s Office, the FBI’s Child Exploitation and Human Trafficking Task Force – Spokane, and the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office RAVEN team, the U.S. Marshals Service executed the operation and safely arrested Morris III without incident.
