IDAHO – Law enforcement agencies, including the Idaho State Police Department, recognized National Missing Children’s Day by reaffirming their commitment to the safety and well-being of every child.
The Idaho Missing Persons Clearinghouse reported approximately 50 children currently listed as missing in the state.
The IMPC emphasized the importance of timely reporting in all cases, whether it’s a runaway, suspected abduction, or a vulnerable missing person. They reminded the public that there is no waiting period for reporting a missing person.
This initiative aims to ensure community awareness and encourage prompt action in missing person cases.
