BOISE, Idaho – State prosecutors will have Bryan Kohberger undergo a mental health evaluation soon, as ordered by a judge. This decision is part of the state’s effort to verify claims that Kohberger has autism, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and ADHD.
The judge also ruled that Kohberger’s attorneys will not be permitted in the room during the evaluation. However, the defense did receive a favorable ruling as the state is not allowed to administer a personality test to Kohberger.
The upcoming evaluation is set to occur within the next 10 days. This process is crucial for the ongoing legal proceedings concerning Kohberger’s mental health status.
