SPOKANE, Wash. – A collision on the shoulder of Interstate 90 westbound, just west of South Havana Street, is expected to cause potential traffic delays until about 6 p.m. on Wednesday evening, the Washington State Department of Transportation reported.
Authorities and emergency responders received reports of the incident around 5:08 p.m. They are currently at the scene, working to clear the roadway.
