
SPOKANE, Wash. – Firefighters from the Spokane Fire Department (SFD) responded to a house fire in Spokane’s Emerson-Garfield neighborhood on Friday night. The blaze occurred at 1308 West York Avenue.
Crews arrived shortly after 6 p.m. and quickly extinguished the flames, managing to save the home before it was damaged to the point of being uninhabitable. According to SFD officials, no injuries were reported from the incident.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
