SPOKANE, Wash. – Four hikers were rescued late Saturday night by Spokane County Fire District 8 firefighters, with help from other Spokane-area fire agencies.
According to a Facebook post from Spokane County Fire District 8 Firefighters Local 3711, the hikers were rescued from the Stevens Creek Trail with the help of technical rescue units. Spokane Fire Department firefighters, Spokane Valley Fire Department and the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office also assisted in the operation.
