‘Gonzaga: The Slipper Still Fits’ to premier as Tubi original

SPOKANE, Wash. – A new feature-length film about Gonzaga’s rise to basketball stardom will debut on March 6 as a Tubi original.

The documentary, “Gonzaga: The Slipper Still Fits,” will follow the team’s start as a small college program to one of the best teams in the country.

The film features interviews from Gonzaga alumni who went on to play for the NBA, including 2025 NBA Champion Chet Holmgren, Andrew Nembhard, Jalen Suggs and Domantas Sabonis.

A trailer for the film was released on Wednesday.

Gonzaga’s current head coach Mark Few is also featured alongside Golden State Warriors coach Steve Kerr, and basketball players Adam Morrison and John Stockton.

The film was made as a part of Tubi’s partnership with Teton Ridge Entertainment and was produced by Thomas Tull.

“Gonzaga: The Slipper Still Fits” will debut on March 6.
