The newest member of the FOX 28 Game Changer family is the Volunteers of America Eastern Washington North Idaho. The entire month of July is themed, Re-Supply In July Summer Fund’erwear Drive.
The whole month of July, VOA Spokane is asking our community to help them support the undeserved and Un-Housed by donating Men’s underwear, socks and deodorant. They would also take water bottles and women’s undergarments and supplies.
Their are two donation drop off locations. The first is at the VOA headquarters at 525 W. 2cd ave. The other location is the KAYU FOX 28 studios at 4600 S. Regal.
Your third option is coming to see us both at the South Perry Street Fair. The South Perry District, Spokane, WA., on Perry Street between 9th & 12th Ave, this weekend, July 15th from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. The street fair is a large gathering of community minded vendors and our friends, families and neighbors to celebrate the summer and support local. FOX 28 will be their with the VOA to take your donations of men’s underwear, socks and/or deodorant or water bottles. And as a thanks, you can spin the wheel of winning for your chance at some premium FOX 28 Prime Time show prizes!
