SPOKANE, Wash. – Crews from Spokane County Fire District Eight and Spokane Valley Fire Department responded to a structure fire Thursday night on East 46th Avenue, in the Ponderosa Neighborhood.
Firefighters deployed hose lines both inside the house and on the roof to contain the flames within the attic space. Meanwhile, other firefighters searched the residence for any potential victims.
No injuries were reported from the incident. Fire crews remained on scene to conduct an investigation and continue searching for hot spots.
