SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. – Authorities are investigating a fire that broke out inside the JCPenney store at the Spokane Valley Mall on Saturday night.
The Spokane County Sheriff’s Office confirmed they are working alongside the fire department to determine the cause of the fire.
