Stevens County Emergency Management said significant progress has been made on the fire and evacuation levels are expected to be lowered.

According to WildCAD, the wildfire, named the Foster Canyon Fire, has burned an estimated 75 acres.
Stevens County Fire District 1 said in a Facebook post that planes are scooping water from Loon Lake to help fight the fire, which is burning southeast of Colville.
Firefighters are urging residents to stay out of the water while aircraft are actively collecting water for suppression efforts.
STEVENS COUNTY, Wash. — Level 3 (Go Now) evacuations are in effect for a fast-moving wildfire burning near the Little Pend Oreille Campground in Stevens County.
According to Stevens County Emergency Management, the wildfire is burning in the Arden area, northwest of the campground.
Level 3 evacuations are in place for the following areas:
Miller Road to Mahoney RoadMiller Road to Hotchkiss RoadAreas west of Raska Way
The fire has jumped Armand Gibson Road, which is now inaccessible in that area.
