Co-executors of Jeffrey Epstein’s estate have reached an agreement to pay up to $35 million to settle a lawsuit. The lawsuit accuses them of assisting in Epstein’s alleged sex trafficking operation for nearly 20 years.
The agreement, which still requires judicial approval, aims to resolve a lawsuit filed in February 2024 against Epstein’s lawyer, Darren Indyke, and his accountant, Richard Kahn.
The legal proceedings continue as the parties await the judge’s decision on the settlement.
