MOSCOW, Idaho – E-scooters are set to make their debut in Moscow starting tomorrow, as the city has partnered with Spin to provide the scooters.
These scooters won’t be usable in certain parts of the University of Idaho campus and the downtown area. If users attempt to ride in these restricted zones, the scooters may shut down or operate very slowly.
To access the scooters, users will need to download the Spin app.
Organizers have stated that the program is sponsored by Spin, ensuring that it won’t cost Moscow taxpayers anything.
