In court, the judge upheld Schrammeck’s bond at $25,000.
His arraignment is scheduled for November 20 at 3:00 p.m.
The judge emphasized the importance of attending the hearing, stating that failure to appear could result in a bench warrant for his arrest.
The identity of the woman killed in the crash has not yet been released by the coroner.

Deputies arrested a driver Friday night after he allegedly crashed into and killed a person in Spokane Valley.
According to the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to a report of a vehicle vs. pedestrian crash in the 800 block of North Sullivan Road. Deputies said the car, driven by 29-year-old Seth Schrammeck, was heading south on Sullivan when it struck a woman who was crossing the street. She later died from her injuries.
Deputies said Schrammeck was arrested on suspicion of vehicular homicide and that he was allegedly impaired at the time of the crash. They also said two children were in his car.
Schrammeck was booked into the Spokane County Jail for vehicular homicide and reckless endangerment.

SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. – A possible fatality crash involving a car and a pedestrian closed down the area of North Sullivan Road and East Broadway Avenue on Friday evening.
The incident occurred just after 6 p.m. and appears to have killed one person. NonStop Local personnel at the scene observed law enforcement detaining one individual.
Police remained on scene for several hours investigating the incident, however, officials have not released any further information at this time.
