LATAH COUNTY, Idaho — A deceased man discovered near the intersection of US Highway 95 and Thorn Creek Rd on January 29 has been identified as Joseph T. Bonnell-Hall, who was reported missing earlier that day, according to the Latah County Sheriff’s Office.
The Sheriff’s Office reported that Bonnell-Hall’s next of kin has been notified. The investigation into the cause of death is being conducted by the Latah County Sheriff’s Office with assistance from the Idaho State Police.
