A major theft investigation is underway, stretching from Montana to the Inland Northwest. Two dealerships are now offering a substantial reward for information leading to the resolution of the case.
Dealerships have released video footage of Jonathan Shane Roberts, who is accused of stealing a brand-new RV from Bretz RV and Marine along with a Ford F-350. Investigators reported that Roberts used a fake cashier’s check and wrote a $5,000 down payment from a closed account.
In response, both dealerships are offering a total of $20,000 in rewards. This includes money for tips that lead to the recovery of the vehicles and Roberts’ arrest and conviction.
Authorities believe Roberts might be in the Spokane–Coeur d’Alene area, possibly near Liberty Lake.
Anyone with information is urged to contact law enforcement. Officials advise against approaching Roberts, as he may be dangerous.
