SPOKANE, Wash. – A motorcyclist was killed Monday afternoon after a collision with a car at Euclid Avenue and Market Street, causing significant road closures in the surrounding area.
Roads have been closed over a one-block radius in all directions. Northbound traffic on Greene Street as well as southbound traffic on Market Street is expected to be backed up following the incident.
The latest reports of road closures say that North Market Street has been closed off from East Cleveland Avenue to East Liberty Avenue.
Euclid Avenue has been closed off from North Haven Street to the railroad crossing to the east.
Traffic is expected to resume normally in approximately two hours.
