
PEND OREILLE COUNTY, Wash. – One person was airlifted in critical condition after a crash on LeClerc Road North near Riverbend Loop on June 16.
According to a press release from Pend Oreille County Fire District #2, the driver failed to navigate a curve and struck a tree.
The driver was reportedly not wearing a seatbelt and witnesses reported the vehicle was traveling above the speed limit.
After the driver was extracted from the vehicle, they were airlifted to Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane.
