SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. – A crash on I-90 eastbound at the Pines off-ramp has blocked the left lane.
Traffic flow is delayed as a result of the crash. Crews hope to have the lane cleared by 4:30 p.m.
Drivers are advised to remain cautious as they approach.
