SPOKANE, Wash. – A car crash on eastbound I-90 is causing significant traffic delays during rush hour.According to the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT), three right lanes of eastbound I-90 are blocked just before the Division Street exit in Spokane. The agency said major backups are already stretching onto Sunset Hill, and the scene may not be cleared until around 6:30 p.m.This is a developing story.
