LIBERTY LAKE, Wash. – A car crash is blocking the Westbound Appleway Avenue on-ramp going onto I-90 westbound, according to Spokane Department of Transportation.
The crash happened at 1:15 and the blockage will last until further notice.
Spokane DOT said to use alternate routes and expect delays.
