COEUR d’ALENE, Idaho – A realtor based in Coeur d’Alene was arrested Wednesday on charges of lewd and lascivious conduct with a minor, the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office announced in a press release.
Scott Smith, a realtor with Windermere Coeur d’Alene Realty, was arrested after “an ongoing investigation into allegations of inappropriate conduct involving a minor,” BCSO said.
BCSO also said their investigators believe there may be additional victims, and encouraged them to come forward.
Smith was booked into Kootenai County Jail awaiting transfer to Boundary County.
The United States Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force assisted in the investigation and arrest.
BCSO said no further details about the investigation will be released a this time to protect the privacy of the minor victim.
