Universal has released the first trailer for Christopher Nolan’s film adaptation of “The Odyssey.”
The legendary epic, originally written by ancient Greek poet Homer, follows the hero Odysseus as he travels back to Greece after the Trojan War.
The trailer showcases Odysseus, portrayed by Matt Damon, facing various trials with his soldiers on their long, treacherous journey.
“The Odyssey” is set to hit theaters on July 17.
