COEUR D’ALENE, Idaho – Friends and family of Xana Kernodle are inviting the community to “Xanapalooza,” a celebration of her life and birthday. The event will take place Sunday from 4 to 7 p.m. at Vantage Point Brewing Co.
Organizers have planned music and craft beer to honor Xana’s vibrant spirit. They said it’s an opportunity to embrace joy, spread kindness and remember Xana for how she lived.
Meanwhile, in Boise, Bryan Kohberger, the man accused of killing Xana and three other University of Idaho students, has pleaded guilty. Kohberger admitted to the 2022 stabbings as part of a deal to avoid the death penalty. He had been scheduled to go to trial next month.
