Celebrate art, music, food, family fun at MAC ArtFest this weekend!

SPOKANE, Wash. — Come celebrate art, music, food, and family fun this weekend at the MAC!

ArtFest is happening this weekend with 75 juried artists and craft booths featuring regional talent, activities for children, live music, food vendors and free admission to the museum throughout the weekend.

“We are thrilled to host ArtFest on the MAC campus once again,” said Wes Jessup, Executive Director of the Northwest Museum of Arts and Culture. “ArtFest is a wonderful opportunity to connect with local artists and experience the incredible creativity that exists throughout our region. During ArtFest weekend, we also invite visitors to enjoy free Museum admission and explore our newest exhibitions, An Eye for Detail: European Paintings 1500–1900 and America at 250: 25 Decades of Collected Memories”

All art sales at ArtFest benefit the artists directly. There will also be original ArtFest merchandise and a limited-edition ArtFest poster designed by local artist Chris Bovey.

Admission is $5 per person, with families of four or more capped at $20. Children 5 and under get in free.Admission includes access to all activities and free entry to the museum and current exhibitions.There is free on-street parking available throughout Browne’s Addition. Visitors are asked not to park on First Avenue.
