According to court documents, Logan A. Fonnesbeck’s charges, originally filed in Nez Perce County Magistrate Court on April 29, have been dsimissed following a motion filed by the state on September 30.
After the dismissal, the case was refiled in Nez Perce County District Court. Fonnesbeck will face the same charges in District Court, and his arraignment for two counts of lewd conduct with a child under the age of 16 is scheduled for December 4 at 9 a.m.
LEWISTON, Idaho – A Lewiston man faces charges of lewd conduct with a minor after incidents reported at Little Rock Daycare.
Logan A. Fonnesbeck, 25, is faces charges from an incident where he allegedly forced young girls to perform oral sex on him at his mother’s daycare facility.
The allegations date back to the spring of 2020, when the victim was just four years old, according to the Lewiston Police Department. The victim disclosed the incident during a forensic interview conducted in April 2025.
Police investigations revealed that another similar incident involving a different child was reported in 2019. In both cases, the children were attending the daycare at the time. The owner of the daycare was allegedly living at the daycare facility.
The affidavit stated that Fonnesbeck led the victim into his bedroom and would not let her leave until she performed oral sex on him.
Fonnesbeck, who was 20 years old at the time of the 2020 incident, is facing two felony charges of lewd conduct with a minor.
The District Court of Idaho stated Fonnesbeck is not in custody and posted bond.
