NEWPORT, Wash. – Two cars were shot and damaged in the 800 block of West 3rd Street on Tuesday night, according to a press release from the City of Newport Police Department.
Newport police said neighbors reported hearing gunshots between the hours of 9:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m.
“We are asking that residents who have not been previously contacted by the Police Department regarding this case check their cameras,” Newport police said.
