BIG SANDY, Wash. – A car crash involving two vehicles is blocking the northbound lane on State Route 291 at milepost 12 Big Sandy according to Washington State Patrol.
Officers wrote that the crash caused serious injury.
The crash happened one mile southeast of Suncrest at 11:28 a.m.
Officers are on scene conducting traffic through the southbound lane.
