The crash blocked specifically the on ramp from US 902 to Eastbound I-90, according to Washington State Patrol District 4.
No detour is available at this time.
The location of the overpass where the crash happened is in Spokane County four miles south of Medical Lake.
Multiple state patrol units and and DOT units are at the scene.
SPOKANE, Wash. – Crews from Washington State Patrol and fire are responding to a crash involving two cars on the US 902 on the I-90 overpass.
According to Spokane County Fire Department #3, the US 902 overpass is completely blocked.
One patient received CPR and is being transported to a hospital. Another patient was trapped but has now been extracted.
