LIBERTY LAKE, Wash. – Firefighters successfully put out a brush fire along the Centennial Trail near Liberty Lake. The fire began around 9:15 p.m., and at one point, flames and smoke were visible from Interstate 90.
The Spokane Valley Fire Department is currently investigating the incident. Calls have been placed to the department for further details, which are expected to be released soon.
