SPOKANE, Wash. – The Brick West Brewing building is out of foreclosure, according to Spokane developer Jordan Tampien.
The business’s building after defaulting on payments to Numerica Credit Union.
Tampien spoke about the foreclosure and clarified that “the business is separate from the building” and reassured the public that Brick West Brewing wouldn’t be going anywhere.
Yesterday in a Facebook post, Tampien announced that the Brick West building was out of foreclosure and “moving into a new chapter.”
Tampien credited persistence, community support, and the addition of new partners for the win.
He also gave a special thanks to Numerica Credit Union for working to find solutions.
“There’s still work ahead across the board, but this is an important step forward and a reminder that challenges can be overcome when you surround yourself with the right people and keep pushing,” he wrote.
